Why no phone support?

Why is there no direct phone help?

We offer email support 5 days a week. Our goal is to respond to inquiries within the same day during business hours. Our team finds email is the best way to give all of our customers the quickest and best solutions – here’s why:

  • We are often able to fix issues by looking at the account email right away, because it links to your shower, rather than having you wait on hold or try to give us your email account over the phone.
  • Website creation is a visual process. Communicating online helps us to see the website text & images, or guest list files that you need help with. We need to be able to see it, and hopefully recreate the issue, to fix it.

We realize that some customers want a call regardless of whether we can help them over the phone. We have yet to find a solution to provide phone support that would not also increase the cost to every customer, this is why even large online web building platforms do not offer phone support. We strive to take care of each customer promptly and fairly.
